I can't recommend this enough.

When you think about the environmental effects of the fashion world and our budgets, it’s tough to understand why we’d ever purchase brand new apparel again (I’ve ordered sweaters for myself and my little guy’s whole wardrobe – my wife’s decided to get in on it too!).

The only minor hiccup is that a few items aren’t labeled right – so it’s a good idea to check the pictures closely.

But honestly, I can’t really complain about anything else. I’ve probably saved over £100 on my son’s outfits, and everything is in excellent condition.

I got some really good quality stuff for a fantastic price, all delivered in one go. The return process was a breeze, and I got my refund back super fast. Definitely would recommend this!

I'm really shocked by this company and wish I had checked out the other one-star reviews before I bought anything.

My order never showed up. They use Evri, which is terrible, but Preworn is still responsible for the package until it reaches the customer. When issues arise, which seems to happen a lot according to the reviews, they just turn a blind eye.

I deserve a full refund for the stuff I never got, yet they keep ignoring my emails.

I held off on writing this review for two weeks, hoping they’d either refund me or at least respond to my messages. I wanted to be able to say they fixed their mistake, but nope, they just keep ignoring me and taking my money for items I never received.

I’d steer clear of them because their actions show they’re only out to grab your cash and then wash their hands of any responsibility once they’ve got it.

Every time I've shopped here, it’s been smooth sailing, quick, and a great deal for what I got. There was one time I ran into a sizing issue, but they handled it fast with a refund. The emails I received were top-notch—very reassuring and polite. There’s just one thing that could use a little tweaking: the photos of darker items sometimes don’t show enough contrast, like with a navy blue suit jacket, making it tough to see the quality or color of the fabric. While the name Preworn gives a decent idea of what they offer, it kinda feels like a warning to buyers. How about something a bit friendlier? Maybe 'A Gain' for a value-for-money vibe, or something like 'We All Gain' to highlight benefits for customers and the environment?

This is my second experience with preworn, and I gotta say, the service is speedy and the prices for the clothes are pretty solid. Plus, if you run into any issues, they handle it fast and their customer support is top-notch.

There have been a few items I've purchased before that didn't quite meet my expectations, so I passed them on to a charity shop. When you snag a half-price deal, at least someone else gets to enjoy it and it helps reduce waste.
